Hubbard Family Ministries: Josephine Hubbard founded Hubbard Family Ministries (HFM) March 10, 2000 during a Family Conference in Tampa, Florida. The Holy Spirit led her to begin a ministry with a primary focus on strengthening families (Ephesians 5:21-27, 6: 1-4) through the provision of programs, activities, and a variety of services.
